Oh Hi, It’s Me.

I work with women who are tired of “knowing better” but still feeling stuck.

Women who have done the mindset work, the journaling, the courses — and yet their body still feels tense, reactive, or braced for something to go wrong.
Not because they’re broken or undisciplined, but because their nervous system learned to survive first.

My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and trauma-informed coaching — supporting deep, sustainable change at the level where patterns actually live.

Hi, I'm Lucy

Why This Work Exists

My own journey into healing began in my mid-twenties after a major health collapse following toxic shock from an implant rupture. My body was dysregulated at every level — digestion, immunity, hormones, energy — and conventional approaches couldn’t explain why I wasn’t recovering.

That experience led me into functional health, gut and metabolic healing, and holistic wellbeing. I retrained in personal training, nutrition, and advanced coaching, initially believing that if I could “fix” the body, everything else would fall into place.

But it didn’t fully land until I addressed what was underneath.

A significant relationship breakdown brought me face-to-face with the limits of willpower, logic, and positive thinking. I wasn’t lacking insight — my system simply didn’t feel safe.

That was the turning point that changed everything.

From Fixing to Regulating

As my health stabilised, it became clear that real healing wasn’t about pushing harder or perfecting habits — it was about restoring safety, capacity, and self-trust at a nervous system level.

This led me into trauma-informed coaching and somatic modalities, including:

  • Root Cause Therapy

  • Polyvagal-informed nervous system work

  • EFT

  • Somatic and reflective practices

These approaches allowed me — and later my clients — to resolve patterns without force, shame, or re-traumatisation.

My Work Today

Today, I support women through 1:1 coaching and deeper containers that integrate:

  • Nervous system regulation and healing

  • Somatic and trauma-informed practices

  • Root-cause pattern resolution

  • Mindset and identity integration

  • Sustainable success that the body can actually hold

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about creating internal conditions where change becomes natural, not exhausting.

If you’re entering a new season — one where safety, self-trust, and grounded growth matter more than proving or pushing — you’re in the right place.
