A one day immersive experience for women ready to stop performing their worth and start embodying it.
For the woman who:

struggles to fully relax into life

This intimate day will include:
BODY IMAGE BREAKTHROUGH
IDENTITY RECALIBRATION
MONEY + MAGNETISM
SOMATIC WORK
SOUNDBATH + INTEGRATION
Hosted at my home with beautiful food, deep work and powerful women.
The day will run from 10:00 – 17:00 and will include:
Arrival tea, coffee and snacks (all gluten and dairy free)
Deep, focused work to identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck
Practical work to shift the state your body is operating from
Lunch
Somatic Journey
A guided soundbath to support integration
Time to reflect and close the day so you leave with clarity on what has actually changed!
This will take place in Retford (DN22), which is on a direct train line from London Kings Cross, Edinburgh, Leeds, Newcastle and Nottingham. There is also parking available near the venue.
There will be an optional dinner nearby afterwards if you would like to continue the day in a more relaxed setting. This will be at your own cost.
I will also be opening a handful of spaces for private 1:1 therapy sessions on Friday and Sunday for those of you who choose to stay over.
This event is ADULT FEMALE only.
